Allianz Lanka lauds stellar employee performance at Allianz Annual Awards 2019

August 13th 2019, Colombo: Sri Lanka’s premier insurer, Allianz Lanka, recently hosted this year’s iteration of their much-anticipated Allianz Annual Awards recently. The grand event unfolded through the night at the Eagles’ Lakeside Banquet & Convention Hall, Attidiya. In attendance were the Allianz Asia Pacific regional CEO for property and casualty, Ms. Claudia Salem and Allianz Lanka Director and CEO Mr. Gany Subramaniam, along with Non-Executive Directors of Allianz Lanka, Dr. Ruediger Schaefer, Mr. Alan Smee and Mr. Nandana Wickramage.

This high-profile event is one that is looked forward to by all the team members of Allianz Lanka. As Allianz is globally renowned for their culture of performance, events such as these instill a feeling of oneness among all of their staff, regardless of backgrounds or positions. Through the many award categories that are up for entitlement, Allianz Lanka rewards and recognizes individual success, productive partnerships and outstanding team efforts.

Allianz Lanka’s star performers were commended for their outstanding performance and commitment towards the company; the overall best performers in all four categories received the grand “Champion of Champions” trophies. Whereas, the Director’s Award was presented to the back office staff who went beyond their call of duty to promote positive behaviors that supported in achieving the company’s vision, mission and values. Additionally, 11 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers were also recognized at this grand ceremony.
