i. Repair in Allianz Panel Workshop
ii. Private vehicles 
iii. Vehicle < = 7 years old
iv. Damage due to collision 
v. Undercarriage & engine are not damaged
Fast Track Tier 2 <RM15,000 (others) 3 working days from claims estimate submission
Non-fast track >RM15,000 & total loss claims 5 working days from claims estimate submission
Theft Any amount 30 working days from date of notification
Windscreen Any amount 4 hours*
Motorcycle Fast Track Tier 1 <RM5,000 3 working days from claims estimate submission
Non-fast track >RM5,000 5 working days from claims estimate submission

Supporting documents required

  • Police report
  • Registration card
  • Insured’s IC card and driving license
  • Driver’s IC and driving license 
  •  Commercial vehicle transport permit (if any)

  1. Call one of our panel workshop or call our customer service for details of our panel of workshop
  2. Sign consent form of workshop
  3. Make police report on how accident happened & include details of third party if accident involved third party
  4. Drive to the selected panel workshop
  5. If cannot be driven, allow panel workshop to tow to their workshop
  6. Submit the required documents to the workshop
  7. Workshop will report to Allianz

It is important that the damaged vehicle be repaired at one of our panel workshops.
Supporting documents required

  • Completed Simplified Claim Form
  • Original bill
  • Photographs of damage or police report

  1. Drive to our panel workshop
  2. Once repaired, take delivery of vehicle
  3. Workshop will notify Allianz & do the necessary submission of documents

Supporting documents required

  • Police report
  • Registration card
  • Insured’s IC card
  •  Commercial vehicle transport permit (if any)
  •  Hire purchase agreement (if any)
  •  Copy of invoice for newly registered vehicle except reconditioned vehicles

  1. Make a police report on circumstances of the loss
  2. Notify Allianz
  3. Submit the required documents

  • Insured’s and driver’s IC and driving license
  •  Police investigations outcome report
  •  Commercial Vehicle transport permit (if any)
