Online payment via MyAllianz customer portal

You can pay for your policies conveniently on the MyAllianz Customer Portal via the following:

  • Debit / credit card - payment will be deducted from your card on a recurring basis when your premium is due
  • Online Banking (FPX) - payment will be deducted from your current / savings account on a one-time basis

MYALLIANZ CUSTOMER PORTAL USER GUIDE

A payment solution that allows you to make online payment anytime and anywhere via your saving or current account or credit card. You can make either a onetime payment or opt for an automatic recurring payment.

3 easy ways to start JomPAY:

Step 1: Look out for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your bill

Step 2: Log on to your preferred internet or mobile Internet Banking and look out for the JomPAY icon

Step 3: Enter the Allianz Biller Code 5017 followed by your Allianz Life Policy Number and premium amount to make your payment. One policy per transaction.

MYCLEAR DIRECT DEBIT FAQ

You can walk in to any of our nearest branch to pay for your premium via the following methods:

Cash

  • Maximum of RM2,000 per customer.
  • Accepted only from the policyholder or immediate family members (parents, spouse, or children).
  • Payments exceeding RM2,000 or payments made by third parties will not be accepted.

Cheque

  • Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad”.
  • A maximum of 5 policies may be paid using a single cheque.
  • Accepted only from the policyholder or immediate family members (parents, spouse, or children).
  • Cheques from unrelated third parties will not be accepted.

Credit Card

  • Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
  • Accepted only from the policyholder or immediate family members (parents, spouse, or children).
  • Cards belonging to unrelated third parties will not be accepted.

Note: The Payor / Policy Owner must complete the Payor Details / Declaration of Source of Payment form for cash & cheque payments mentioned above.

*Notice: Direct Debit Enhancement Exercise for Life Insurance Policy

We will be enhancing our auto debit service platform for the existing recurring auto pay method to a new platform known as Direct Debit (“Enhancement Exercise”) for Life Insurance policy. The Enhancement Exercise will include changing of our customers’ existing recurring auto pay registration i.e. Credit Card Debit Authorisation, to the Direct Debit platform. Rest assured that your payment instruction(s) will remain the same based on the existing recurring auto pay arrangement with your authorised credit card account. You will receive a notification from your bank upon successful enhancement.
